The numbers (704 redemptions, 3.0% redemption rate, cost per customer visit $12.13) represent actual clipped/collected coupons through EOD Sunday. My crew leaders have shared that during the times we’ve had a full lobby and/or drive-thru queue, they attribute it to the mailing, as most of the customers coming through the door have been carrying one of the mail pieces. The mailing appears to have helped drive awareness & trial of the food menu w/ 71% of redeemed coupons being for a food item discount or requiring purchase of a food item.
